I’m Kiki, originally from Portugal and now based in London, where I’ve lived for over a decade. I first walked through the doors of State of Mind Fitness as a client, and I haven’t looked back since.
Boxing quickly became more than just a workout for me; it turned into a passion, a discipline, and eventually, a career.
After years of training and gaining experience in the ring, I moved into coaching to share everything I’ve learnt. My approach is all about real fight experience mixed with energy, patience, and encouragement. I coach people who want to learn how to box, as well as those who solely want to get fitter, stronger, and build confidence through either boxing-style training or weight-based workouts.
